Project DIVA F 2nd for the PS3 & PS Vita is coming very soon here & Sega has posted on the Playstation Blog that all the DLCs that Japan has seen so far will be coming to North America. This includes the ones that has yet to be announced in Japan. The DLCs include the costumes & all the extra songs. Yes, all the songs! I didn’t expect all the songs to come here due to possible license issues. But it’s not the case.
Anyways, Sega will offer the DLCs starting on December 9. There will offer UI skins at $0.99 each (but they will be free for the first 39 days after release), costume modules at $1.99 each, & the songs at $2.99 each. I think the prices are fair compared to the Japanese ones.
If you are going to be diehard on getting all the costumes & songs, Sega is offer a bundle/season pass or what they call club. There is the Song Club for the price of $29.99 & the Costume Club at $69.99. Now they say you will have access to all the songs & costumes respectfully. But the description says that it is for the “post-launch” lineup. So, I’m not sure if it is for everything for life or just a certain number of songs/costumes. But I am guessing that the $29.99 for the songs is not a bad deal since it works out to about 10 songs. Costumes may be a different story as it works out to about 35 costumes. Not sure if there is that many costumes as I didn’t really pay attention to them that much. The DLCs are cross-buy though.
Anyways, DLCs will be release every 2 weeks or so according to Sega for almost 6 months straight. So the game will have a bunch of things to keep Vocaloid fans interested.
Get pumped, people! Cause Miku & her crew are coming for you!
